It is easy to love what we know but difficult to love the Heideggerian "Abyss". We want to be loved the way we love others but when others love us in their own unfathomable way is this not the Nietzscheian “Abyss” staring back at us? --Tiwaz c2007 rr01uo
"He who fights monsters should look to it that he himself does not become a monster. And when you gaze long into an abyss the abyss also gazes into you." 'Beyond Good and Evil' --Friedrich Nietzsche rr21uo

The intelligent man´s way is the way of the heart,
The intelligent man´s way is the way of the heart, because the heart is not interested in words; it is interested only in the juice that comes in the containers of the words. It does not collect containers, it simply drinks the juice and throws away the container. The mind does just the opposite: it throws away the juice and collects the containers. Containers look beautiful, and a great collection of containers makes a man a great intellectual giant. --OSHO rr04aee
This Quote reminds me of Heidegger's Comments about:
"Die Rose ist ohne warum; sie blühet, weil sie blühet..." ["The Rose is without 'why'; she blooms, because she blooms..."] --Angelus Silesius
